Program highlights

The Embassy of Canada in Germany is proud to present here original content in French and English, Canada’s official languages. Each component of the program is broadcasted in its original language and German subtitles are provided for the benefit of our German audience. Following the streaming on July 1st, all content will be made available in three languages on this website.

 

Activities for children (4 p.m. - 5 p.m.)

  • Hockey training with the Eisbären Berlin team: Sebastian Streu and Bully show you a few warm-up exercises
  • Craft workshop: Create your own Canada map
    You need the following materials:
  • Live illustration: Canadian author Guillaume Perreault presents his latest comic book

 

Literature and entertainment (5 p.m. - 6 p.m.)

  • Reading and interview with Canadian author Simon Boulerice 
  • Cooking workshop with Kim Thúy
  • Travel and nature highlights
  • Musical greetings from: Tara Taylor (accompanied by Matthew Presidente), Moves Johnson and Natasha Enquist

 

Comedy and sports (6 p.m. - 7 p.m.)

  • Live interview with Serge Aubin, head coach of the Eisbären Berlin team
  • Canadian comedians will make you laugh

 

Music (7 p.m. - 12 a.m.)

  • United We Stream: broadcast from the Frannz Club in the Berlin KulturBrauerei
